I den ånd har jeg sammensat Slowyoga og i 2027 lancerer jeg min uddannelse i praksissen. Jeg er selv uddannet i yin, hatha, vinyasa, pre- og postnatal yoga, restorativ, kundalini, yoga Nidra, meditation, traumeinformeret yoga, relationskompetence, coaching og har desuden specialiseret mig i en 300 timers uddannelse i yogapsykologi. Jeg har skabt Menoyoga for at styrke og støtte overgangkvinders trivsel. Og jeg synes, at yoga skal laves der, hvor livet leves - hvilket er tanken bag min kanal Hverdagsyoga.
